St Helen's Square

St Helen's Square, Central London. This iconic location is the site of the third largest outdoor project currently under construction in London. G.R.Marsh were brought in as specialist sub-contractors to provide rectification and production works. The site showcases a series of massive flowing granite benches, walls, and planters. A series of design changes and fitting errors had led to errors across the entire site, requiring extensive on-site carving and texturing. Our main focus was the re-carving of an entire planter consisting of 43 individual granite stones, ranging in weights from 50 -700 Kg. Elsewhere over the site, setting out & fitting errors had led to entire missing sections of walls and benches. G.R.Marsh provided rush order manufacture throughout the Christmas and New Year Period of all missing stones.
